Summer Smoothie Sample Workshop

An interactive workshop teaching how to make healthy smoothies to combat health ailments and promote overall wellness. Activities included learning about healthy foods and their benefits in smoothies, an interactive demonstration of how to properly layer fruits and vegetables, the hazards of overcrowding, cleaning techniques while using the blender, and a comparison on using fresh vs. frozen ingredients.
